Shipping times
We aim to ship orders every Monday and Fridays.
Once we start the fulfillment of your order, you'll receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will update once your order is shipped. If you have any issues with your delivery, don't hesitate to contact us.
Please be aware that Assolari has no control over delays made by the carrier. Carriers experience shipping delays due to harsh weather conditions, customs load, post office strikes, etc., and Assolari cannot be held responsible for them.

Assolari is based in the UK and ships to many countries around the world! Please check the list below to see which countries we currently ship to:
North America: United States of America and Canada.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
Rest of the World: China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh.

Shipping Costs
The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout and depends on your delivery address and order value. We have our National courier Royal Mail that delivers both nationally and internationally.
We offer free shipping: Europe on orders over €240.00, US on orders over $250.00 and UK on orders over £200.00.
The customer is responsible for any new postage or shipping fees incurred if a package is shipped for a second time due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For all countries there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note customers are responsible for any custom/duties fees incurred. Duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout cost and will vary by country and order value.

Should you refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, or fail to collect your parcel from the post office, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any duties and taxes charged to Assolari. Refunds for these cases will take 45 business days to process and will fall under our Returns Policy for international orders.
