Ever wondered how to style the perfect ear stack? Or maybe what piercing should you get next?

Well, Brunna is not your fairy godmother, but she can definitely help you figure it out!

Through our new styling service, our founder will create a personalized and unique ear stack curated just for you!

But don't just keep wishing on shooting stars, Brunna doesn't have many spots available, after all she does have a business to run :)

How it works - yes, it's this simples!

1. Purchase your ear project and fill out the questionnaire

We want to hear from you, so tell us a bit more about your dream ear stack in the questionnaire we will send to your email; We'll also need a picture of your ear so Bru can work her magic.

2. Pick the day you want to receive your ear project

Brunna will run her show based on what you requested through the questionnaire, you'll receive a preliminary ear project that you can request any changes. You'll also have the option to book a virtual appointment when Brunna will be available to answer any questions from your ear project.

3. Receive your ear project and £50 Assolari credit

You will receive Brunna's suggested piercings and jewellery recommendations, along with your £50 gift card to spend at Assolari.

    A few rules of the game:

    • You have 24h to cancel your styling service - after that this service will be non-refundable
    • We are currently providing this service to curate a single ear
    • You will be able to use two round of alterations to your ear stack
    • All piercing suggestions should be subjected to a professional piercer's discretion, and they may decide whether you should get the suggested piercings
    • You will receive your £50 store credit in the form of a virtual gift-card
    • After your final ear curation, changes will not be possible

    Meet the most common ear piercings and our size recommendation for each based on what works for most people. Every piercing is unique, so if you still have doubts about cartilage earrings sizes, seek advice from your local piercer.

    We aim to process and ship orders in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We ship all our orders under Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed.

    Duties & Taxes

    There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout cost. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred.

    Assolari does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

    For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

    Lost Parcel

    If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, please email us with your order number and we will further look into it. If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a full refund.

    Wrong or missed delivery

    Please make sure your address is correct or contact us immediately if there is any issue with it. We will not accept responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to an incomplete address.

    If the carrier's tracking indicates that your order was delivered, but you did not receive your order, please enter in contact with the carrier to solve the issue.

    Every order is under a £250 compensation insurance policy with Royal Mail for wrong delivery or lost parcel.

    Please note that in the event that no one is home or delivery cannot be made, the delivery will be taken to the nearest post shop. The delivery service will generally leave a missed delivery card, which will provide the details of the nearest depot where the delivery is located. Unfortunately due to security and postal service policies, we are unable to arrange for re-delivery or pickup while the delivery is at this location.

    Pick-up is the responsibility of the customer and legally the person listed on the address is the only person who can pick-up the delivery.

    If pick-up is not possible, the delivery will be returned to us. From there, we can either resend the order once you pay a new shipping fee, or we can offer a refund or credit (depending on what you prefer).
