Each piece goes through rigid quality control and inspection before it’s shipped out to our customers. However, if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with the jewelry, Assolari offers a 60-day return policy and a 1-year warranty for craftsmanship.
We stand by the forever quality of our pieces. That's why we offer a free 1-year product warranty on all products purchased directly through Assolari.
The warranty does not cover theft or lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Assolari (like a piercer).
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact email@example.com with details, photos, and videos of the piece.
Upon inspection, if we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complimentary repair or replacement.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, including internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, are unique and individual to each item.
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 60 days to fall in love.
If you decide your purchase is not right for you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the reason for return along with photos of the earring in its original condition.
The piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
For US customers, Assolari will provide USPS labels for the return.
Please note that the return shipping label for international customers is on the buyer's account, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Upon the item's arrival, Assolari will review the condition of the item to then approve or reject the return. Please note that Assolari reserves the right to negate any refund if there is any indication that a piece was used or if it is out of its original box.
Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
